I heard if you miss a window of opportunity to kino escalate your value lowers because someone with high value would recognize it. I know you should kino escalate as fast as possible and its better to overdue kino than not do enough but what is a good way to know how she feels about the ecalation? Like when shes thinking it's going too fast or I you need to step it up. will she just make a subconciouss judgment that I'm desperate when I'm too touchy or if I miss the opportunity that I'm not confident or will she display it through body lanuage?

As you said it is better to "overdo" kino than not to do it.
If she doesn´t like it she´ll make you know.
Just go out and practice
After a while you´ll be able to recognize when you got to escalate

I remeber reading that a good way to to escalate if you are unsure is to put her hand on your body, shows you are confident and she can remove it if she feels uncomfortable, just pretend it isn't there and if she removes it try again in 5-10minutes. If you mention it she might be more aware of it then if you just take her hand, hold it for a few seconds, let go, and then take her hand again a few minutes after.

Remeber that if you take something away from someone, they are going to want it back again. So you can put her hand on your leg, and then a few seconds or minute later, just take her hand off your leg. She will either put her hand back on you, or she won't. Go from there.
