Ive been facebook sarging a lot (hey, it's okay - you cant do real sarging at work and only go for those with a lotta pictures, prefereably added by friends so you know what they really look like

I'd play it calmly, like telling that it'd be cool to come if it fits your schedule, not the exact words but giving the impression that you're up for it if nothing else comes up. It'll show her that you're interested, yet not too excited about the invitation. I dont really have any theory to support this and I suck at irl sarging but I've gotten laid three times just by online sarging without even aiming for anything like that.

I am not sure those were true IOIs. Does the whole conversation with her consists of 4 sentences?

Im terrible at recognizing IOIs, thats why I play it safe and never show direct interest. It might be bad thing to do in most IRL situations but in online sarging its much harder to read your target since you can see only what theyre typing. I try to observe the situation from various points of view with my choice of words and questions, while giving her mixed messages leaving her insecure if Im really interested or am I just being polite. This way I can get good overview of her intentions with revealing minimal amount of my cards.
