Yeah i have issues with weight myself. Iam 6,4 . Use to weigh 230 pounds and look like a greek god LOL but was never any good with women. I then skyrocketed to 270. I was a fat cunt then. I found wearing sutable clothes made me look slimmer ie vertical lined shirts, dark colours etc. For me it is all innergame . I have recently lost 33 but found i still have that "fat mentality" ie im not good enough.

I heard Tyler Duren say that all these thoughts are approval seeking behaviours (ie am i to fat , to skinny etc.) and ultimately they show when you are talking to women , sets etc. Therefore it is better to work on innergame whaile losing weight

I have recently found people wont remember you by what you say or do, how you act or what you look like. People will remeber how you make them feel ie NLP LOL
