Only other possible scenarios where I could see the girl saying "I want you" would be in seduction...where you can just....go for it, seal the deal, OR as a hoop/shit test to see if she has you on a leash. She could say "I want you" in a playful manner, but at the same time somewhat sincere....I'd go for the makeout and be the first to stop it.

If she uses it as a shit test/hoop to see if she has you on a leash, (could be hard to tell)... then I'd use one of the more sly responses that some of the people have come up with in this thread.
