There's many factors. Obviously if you're just a naturally sexy/good looking guy then you're obvously gonna have a sexual vibe about you. Yes muscles can come into it just like being out of shape turns some girls on. They way a man moves, his walk, the way he carries himself generally. Not every girl is going to feel a sexy vibe from the same guy so dont get to hung up about trying to give off a sexual vibe. You gotta except that some days you're on fire and other days you're not, just like the guys you're refering to.
