Well this all come's down to an individuals maturity level for what women you will attract. When I was in my lower 20's I was more limited to girls my age and youger. Now that I am at 29 the whole world has opened up to girls younger, older, and the same age. About the bottom end I will go for is like 21. If they can't go to a bar with me than forget it. The upper end is some of the cougers in their early 40's... they are no-nonsense lay. So late twenties is pretty good age for attracting women. If you have your shit together, a job, and your own pad...there is nothing stopping you.

20-35 is the "ultimate age" if such a thing even exists

Depends upon your genetics..

For some guys it's 17. For others it's 25 and so on.. I've even know guys that were the most successful at 50, believe it or not.

Girls like older guys. That's a given, they have more experience, more resources and generally know how to play the game to a certain extent.

If you mean the age that's most attractive to women, then there's no answer. Every woman's tastes are different.
If you mean the age when you're likely to be most succesful at picking up women, then I think around 25-30. That's when most men are at their physical peak, and often their mental peak aswell.

I'm going to be fucking HOT at fifty. I can't wait.

Part of it is experience, part of it wisdom, etc..

Of course alot of it depends upon your physical condition and genetics.. Whereas some guys look like shyt at 46, I look about 35, and am 6'0 tall, 185 lbs, etc.. with a full head of hair.

Being well groomed is vital. And the older you get the more attention this requires.

The age has less to do with a number and more to do with the individual. I have met 18 year old high school jocks who hit their prime, then they quit football, got some lame job, didn't go to college and ended up going bald and getting fat by 25. Men in general get better looking the older they get. Think Sean Connery. If you are 21 or 50, doesn't matter. If you are exercising regularly, keeping up on your reading, and developing yourself as a person you are going to be attractive to women.

I think the best age to be sarging is between 21 and 35, but maybe it's just over 21 because it's easier to get in clubs and drink. But once you're over twenty you're good so long as you don't let age get the best of you. The older you get, the more older chicks will go for you and the more creepy you will feel about the younger ones.
