I am very new to the game and just starting. alot people say you should not masturbate too often. The question is how often is too often ?.

I feel an urge to masturbate at least once a week. Any ideas some say you shouldnt masturbate so you feel motivated to find girls.

What do you think ?

Go as long as you possibly can. If you can stop altogether until you manage to get a girl, then perfect. If not, go until you start to lose your mind and if you don't you'll go insane.

but in my big time afc days when i felt i was doomed to die a virgin, masturbation was probably the only thing that didn't make me do anything crazy... except masturbate a lot obviously.

but it does make you very complacent on your PU skills and about the whole attitude of dating and going out with girls in general. moderation though. let the love of a woman be your goal, not the the love of self...

That is a pretty low sex drive if you only have the urge once per week. I rub one out at least once a day even when I am getting regular sex.

Yeah i definitely agree with chilling out on your wanking habits for as long as possible. Every time i do the deed i get into such a passive state of mind, and then i think about "wow i should have someone doing this for me". Then the guilt sets in....granted if i was getting poon whenever i pleased then i'd still choke it whenever. But until you have your booty calls use that sex drive to be a sexual guy.

Thanks guys. As I still dont have a girlfriend and not got laid through game I do think alot about masturbation and have managed to not shoot my load until it gets to the end of the week.

I have started meditation classes so this has some what helped control my urges.

i used to wank like 5-6 times a day in those afc days when Miss Palmer and her five daughters never said no... now i workout and went on tribulus but kept to like 1-2 a day if i really concentrate i can hold it for like 2 weeks... then starts to get massive erections out of no where... then i gotta unload... but it is true that wanking gets rid of need for a woman... and its much more better when u get it from a girl... rule of thumb from the game is that you can wank once a week if you get no action during the week... but wanking for me has become more of a leisure activity to kill time... cuz i can wank for like about 40-45 minutes....
