im a newbie but how about "You're right...I love you (Pause) as a friend!"

im pretty sure girls hate being put in the friend category

Personally i love this response, i have used it a few times and get great reactions every time, if your looking for a C&F response my advise is to stick with something practiced if you really like the girl, eg the 1 quoted above, if not try your other ideas and these suggesions on sarges sometime.
