Hey guys, I just read about this opener which aims to invite a woman back to your place within 3 lines. All you have to do is say:

'hey hows it going?'

'what are you doing later?'

and finally

'wanna come home with me?'

The person who wrote about it seemed to be claiming it was an incredibly powerful approach because it took such balls to come out and say that straight off to a woman. Obviously this isnt intended to be used on sets as you would get blown out HARD. But i just wanna know has anyone tried this opener? How did it go down? And could it really work?

I really dont think that would work unless she was drunk or a slut.

Those methods are for VERY VERY advanced pick up artists. Try this shit and I'm 100% sure you are going to get shot down and thought of as creepy on 99.999999999% of your sets.


Moral of story: Don't try that opener or any other like that.

i doubt the 3lines will work by them self but you could defo say them 3 and get the girl with a quick kino, killer body lang and a good opener that is an extention of whats happening

Yeah, it's the Appocalypse Opener, not Shock and Awe. Shock and Awe is about telling her that she's MAKING you attracted, that she's doing something to you and you don't know what it is, but it's driving you crazy basically and you tell her she has to stop it or else you won't be able to control your actions. It's just very direct game essentially.

Also, with things like the Appocalypse, it's a bad idea to alter the lines unless you have a good grasp of NLP, because the way you worded it is gonna be much less effective than the way it was originally written.

Could you expand on what you said? I didn't know i had altered it, I thought i was using it word for word.

Well, the original link from that other thread doesn't seem to be working anymore, but if I recall correctly, it goes like this:

PUA: "Hey, how's it going?"

HB: "Not to bad."

PUA: "What are you doing later tonight?"

HB: "I dunno..."

PUA: "You wanna come home with me?"


Now, as best as I've been able to figure it out using what I know of NLP, etc, I would be fairly non-chalant, then when you ask the last thing, you emphasize the "you" making it more of a command, rather than a question, as you need to expect that she will say yes and while saying it, you look her directly in the eyes and as Cieran(sp) wrote in that article:

"Hold it

Hold it!

FUCKING HOLD IT!

Make out!"

Thanks. I didn't realise there was an NLP embedded command thing going at all when i read it, hence I was thinking of just using 'wanna come home with me?'.
My interpretation was that it was such a ballsy thing to ask outright like that girls were so turned on they couldn't resist the urge to jump you. I guess it could be a bit of both factors though?

There's a lot to do with frame control and they need to see immediately that you are someone that has the ability to say this, cause you know it's gonna work.

Also, there is NLP in everything. Saying, "Wanna come home with me?" makes it too much of a doubting question, you aren't sure enough. Saying, "YOU wanna come home with me?" but somewhere in between a statement and a question, then you are saying it with such confidence and also inserting a bit of a command.

The guy that spread this opener though, even said that often after saying this, he ends up having to talk to his target for a few minutes first before actually pulling them home. I figure it works well as a bold, direct game opener, or a good closer.

sorry for thread necromancy, but im under 50 posts so i cant start my own, and it is pretty relevant for this one.

Just wanted to say, that this does work in clubs very well. Ive used it, (with different variation afterwards) and as long as your are full on confident, it gets good results. It helps to realize that you aren't _really_ asking the girl to go home home with you, so much as asking her to make out with you. If you walk up to her, and say this knowing she very may well kiss you for it, it makes it all the easier.

On another funny note, this is very commonly used by girls in Iceland on the guys. Ive been asked very directly like this more than a few times, and its even happened here in Denmark. Once tho, the girl was embarassed after we made out heavily and ended up in a cab, as she didn't really mean it and had been using it to just shock me into talking to her. I still f-closed her tho.
