Ok everybody, let's get started.
One of the greatest problems of the PUA journey is improving your self image, and while this may not include excercise, it will surely help you live out a healthy life, and it might give you a boost of confidence.
So i decided to set out to find a workout routine. and the best one i found, free and no strings attached, is a 12 week work out routine at
www.mensworkoutguide.com . Not only is it free, but the guy who is teaching it used to have the same body as us, (which for most of us is average or poor. while i don't risk health problems, i have a lot of access fat, and i am slightly weak Note: i am 5'6 and 140 lbs.)
Also, it has a week-by-week workout routine along with videos, and some other tips.
I have taken a picture so i can get a week-by-week before and after photo shoot. the picture right now is a little bit embarrissing, so i will save it for later, when i will show the 12 week difference, which hopefully will be immense.
so why am i posting up this information?
because i know i am not the only person in this world with slight health problems, and i want others, besides me, to record their 'journey' and help push each other along. if someone feels like quiting, we will work together, and help each other through.
so who is up to the challenge?
