So theres this girl who's liked me for a while now.

Anyways I decided to give it a try and well I asked her to prom and she said yeah, and im going to try to maybe get in a LTR with her, I havent said I like her yet though. Anyways we just hung out for the first time today and she's told me shes liked me the night before today, but whenever we were hanging out today I would put my arm around her and she would never put hers on my waist or any of that matter. She touched me like 2 times, it was me most of the time. She acts interested but just emotionally.

So im just confused, so she likes me but she's acting so closed. What am I doing wrong?

This has happened before with this HB 8 that I almost got with. She was the same way as this girl, told me she liked me and acted this same way. I was so confused at the end and ended up at the point that she wasnt interested. 2 Months later we talked about this and I found out she was.. so yeah I messed that up.

Either she's gaming you, or she REALLY likes you and is self-conscious and nervous around you. I know some really hot girls who get that way around guys.

Sounds like she is nervous.
Build more comfort, and if u really like her, try taking it a little slower, give her lots of compliance tests before u excalate to a new level each time
