i was at the mall for like 2 hours today and only opened one set and on the set I failed to close. I went up to 2 chicks working in the store and told them I needed help figuring out something to wear for tonight. We chat and the hb8 seems really enthusiastic to help and the other chick suggests that the hb8 help me out while she takes care of the rest of the store. Well we chit chat and have a little bit of kino that she actually initiated and then I try on some clothes and then leave without saying anything because she was busy....I decide to come back like 20 minutes later and I say , "I need help with one more thing, but this will be easier; how bout you give me your number and we chill sometime"

also, my problem at the mall is that I could find literally no good oppurtunities to open. Im 23 and I saw plenty of chicks who looked 20-25, but were with their mom....and then other times it seemed just such bad timing...i was going solo as well...so I dunno

excuses, excuses; the only way you're going to improve is if you go out of your comfort zone and don't make mistakes. The further out you go the more you will learn. Many mothers I have met are very happy when a respectable guy approaches their daughter and are will actually encourage me toward their daughter (a LOT more than fathers will lol) who is attracted to me as well. If you don't have any "good" oppertunities then go out of your comfort zone and create some. There are no "bad time[s]" only missed oppertunities and excuses.

Also girls are NOT stupid; if you go indirect with an opinion opener and then suddenly come back later and ask for their number they CAN connect the dots and will see you as an incongruent man who was trying to pick them up all along. You either need to go indirect and stay that course or go direct from the start.

About the store thing, just as you can tell when another guy likes a girl, girls can do the same thing and read other girls behavior much better than most guys so the other girl probably knew what she was doing when she went to take care of the rest of the store and left the HB with you.

Now, Critisicms.. Whats with the coming back? Very very bad.. It makes you look desperate and that she is you only hope of a 'number' Why didnt you just ask for it straight out.. I mean shes a nice girl, your a nice guy it perfctly normal to as somene for a contact numberif you like them.. Instead of all the games and tricks you 'puas' like to employ why not just say..

'you've rubbed off pretty good in the last 10 minutes, i hope its not too forward to ask you for your number at this point..? '

Dont overcomplicate things.

Wow C is right those are excuses but dont worry I use to be there
Heres an excercise you can use to get rid of that

Basically I want you to write down on a peice of paper all the excuses you make up in your mind before you do anything and after that you know when you go out theres no excuses to come up with once your list is full unless your mind comes up with something totally random lol

I know they were dumb reasons. so i suppose there is nothing wrong with approaching a chick with her mom....its just weird because I could figure out why all these 20-28 year old chicks were with their mom
