I had the most amazing set at the mall 2 days ago and number closed an hb9. We ended up chilling at the mall and there was much kino escalation that she and I both initiated. Well I had to get back to work and I got her number. She told me she never gives her number out so I better call her.

I call her yesterday and we make plans to hang out today and she says she will call me in the morning. Still havent heard from her...

What should I do? Dont want to call her and seem needy and such...maybe I txt her or something...

In my opinion I think you called too soon the first time. You hung out 2 days ago and then the very next day you called her. Not good. Therefore, the best thing to do is not do anything at all not even a text.

absolutely don't call or text until after you were supposed to meet has passed!
i was just in this situation and as much as i wanted to call the girl to ensure we'd meet i knew it was better to let it go and then sure enough the next day she called me.
when that happens you first play it off like its no big deal and say "i was busy anyway" but then tell her she has to make it up to you.
worked for me.

if more than a day passes after you were supposed to meet i'd just sender her a text that says something she just has to reply to like "do you know why you suck?"
