Ok, so I was in manhattan yesterday carrying my guitar (from practice). Before I had to go down the subway, I caught glimpse of this HB9 Spanish Caucasian exiting the store. I don't know what came over me but I decided to just go for it. Now I'm a noob and I just started this not even a week and only just finished reading the game. The only comfort in my mind is that regardless of what she says, bad or good, I won't see her again anyway... so I just went for it.

I didn't even develop a good openner on my own so I decided to use the

"Me and my friend are arguing which instrument do girls prefer guy's play, guitar or piano and why" question I just randomly came up. (It's stale but I'll elaborate later)

I approached her at 45 degrees from her front and made eye contact.

JaS - *Smiling*Hey I'm in a rush but but do you mind if I can get your opinion on something really quickly?
HB9 - You're not my type, I'm not interested.

LoL Daaaaaaaaaamn, I got caught off guard with that one. BUURNED is the only word that came to my mind.

JaS - *Chuckled* You're not my type either.

Maybe I got lucky.. but when I looked down I saw that her shoes had tissue stuck in it.

JaS - *I start walking away and then I turned around* Just came from the bathroom huh? *Then I point at her shoes*

HB9 - OMG *she took off the tissue and I can see that she's really embarrassed* Thanks

and I when I start to walk away she surprised me and told me to hold up and walked towards me.

She appologized for being rude and told me that most of the time guys approach with the intention of hitting on her and she was sick of it. She thought I was doing the same. *cough*

JaS - "the openner"

HB9 - "Guitar... etc etc etc..." and she saw I had a guitar so she asked if I played and I said yes and I followed it up with a question.

JaS - "Want me to play for you? I can probably get money playing infront of this people at the same time"

HB9 - "Sure but aren't you in a rush"

And I actually was so I was liek nice talking to you and ejected.

Now my problem is, if I didn't see the tissue on her shoes, I probably would have ejected immediately. I guess I got lucky... What's a good response to that anyway just incase I encounter is again int he future.

It was a good day and good subway ride.

Always remember to tell a girl at the end of a conversation you have to leave and when you approach her again try to smile before making any moves It will not throw you off gaurd next time so If she had smiled back it would have been a way better response then a get lost response.

-you're so full of yourself aren't you? (CF)
-and guys only talk to you because of your beauty.. heh.. you are not my type either
-yes. and I'm gay. (you can recover from that later)
-hey hey, if I were interested in you because of your looks, I wouldn't care what your opinion is
-AHAHAHAHHAHA (start laughing like crazy and say) I was just trying to be polite but now you leave me no other choice... (walk away)

I would never say that I'm gay even as a joke. One, it is unneccesary and you eventually have to show that you aren't gay. Two, it eliminates any inital attraction. Three, it doesn't help the alpha image at all.

honestly. i have somewhat of a temper so if that was said to me i would have raised my hands up in the air, made my eyes really wide as if to say 'woah' and said, "my bad. didnt know you were a stuck up bitch..." and walked away.... probably wouldnt have gotten a number but at least it makes a rude bitch feel like shit. dont take my advice....

You are NOT going to say "I'm gay" as you mean it or even trying to mean it.
Guys, it's hard to explain it here but it would be something like:

"yeah, I'm gay"

you say it with the tone of "ok ok, I don't care what you think, just listen to what I've got to say because it's not about picking you up"

Maybe some of you won't be able to get what I'm saying here. It's also good to notice that delivery here is ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL. Only use this if you can convey that you are NOT gay while saying you are gay and somehow telling her that "you don't care about her being interested or not.." you just need to know where the bookstore is or whatever your routine is.
