I've been progressing well at parties, but the thing is when I talk to a group of people I try to get everyone's approval and yeah I talk up a storm and everyone likes me, but how do I get my target alone?

You're doing the right thing by befriending the group. Of course, at the same time you are or should be negging your target lightly, and not showing interest in her. When you see indicators of interest from her (3) or more then shift over. So eventually you want to start asking about her. Then showing a little interest in her back, do this with speech or body language. When you've shown a little interest back then you can isolate her.

"Your friend and I kind of like each other mind if I borrow her for a second?"

Tell her: "I have something cool to show you, (take her hand) come with me."

Take her to a place near the group where they can see but far enough you can talk for a few. Spend about 15 minutes isoalated, escalate kino, and then take her back to the group eventually.
