How do you live in the present?

This whole "live in the moment" thing seems pretty powerful but how the hell do you do it? (every now and then I find myself living in the moment and its a much happier place where things flow better but I cant seem to stay there)

I am now zan master or whatever, but I would say it is whenever you are in action/motion when you can't think about past or future, just the present.

Or is this question just concerning pick up? It's still applicable what i said just a bit different.

No, this question is concerning day to day all the time staying in the moment. Im just wonderin how the hell to do it. Im guessing that I should stop thinking so damn much when I do stuff would be a good start.

Meditation and mindfulness are two great ways, if I understand you correct.
If you meditate you will learn to accept things, and you'll notice you're better at paying attention at what's at the moment.

Living in the moment is definitely a good thing, but if you're not doing anything if you are really in the moment it is incredibly boring.

Stop asking if your in the moment, or if you can do it, or how to do it.


Its a matter of not thinking, and just acting. Thats living in the moment, but don't fucking not think about what happens when a bus hits you. Be smart, not that kind of not thinking.
