So in this situation i SHOULD have had my wingman at the time but he ws a bit busy. I had approached a girl earlier in the night got past the hooking point, so i backed off for a short period. Later i saw her with a couple guys, one i knew, so i went in and tried to isolate her and DHV over them, but when i tried to shut down one the other would open back up, and vice versa. Needless to say one of them ended up pullin her on the dance floor and i lost out. Does anyone have any ideas to out game another guy with a wingman while working solo?

There's no need to "back off" once you get past the hook-point, you really don't want either of you to leave, you just want to convey the impression that you are about to. A good simple way to keep her around you is to peacock with a big fucked up hat or a necklace and "anchor" her by putting it on her to take a photo or whatever, and leaving it on her. Another way is by giving on her a "loan" of a $3 necklace. Even if you're talking to her friends or ignoring her, she'll hang around or if she leaves, she'll come back.

As for wingmen, there are plenty of sites with wingmen rules on them. If your wing lets you down, I wouldn't place too much faith in him Personally I only ever use a wing for a two-set
