Whats up everyone, Im 21 years and live in Southwest FL "lots of fine women here" I would consider myself an attractive man 5'11 brown eyes and hair with naturally tan skin. I am here to get help with my game, since Highschool I havent been having much luck with women and its starting to get to my head that something has to be done. I have a really big fear of approaching random women and im pretty shy until I've know someone for awhile.

Matt , I was in the same boat as you when it came to the whole shy/nervos approaching girl thing..heres something i learned from a pickup artist.. Approach any girl you see..Mall/club/park/street...any women walking..stop her and say " Hey guys , touch my nipple"..I KNOW THIS SOUNDS RETARDED but it helped me so well.I used to be terrified to come within feet of women , and then that method did for me. BEcause if you can push your self to grab you balls and ask a women to touch your nipple , after that you can come up and ask her anything.And dont worry about what they think...Its people you wont see ever.. by asking some stupid shit like that(first ,if they agree you get some kino, you can turn that into a gambit and some gaming) then saying "hi" or talking to anyone will seem like nothing.

Another approach/question that you can try is also come up to any women you see and say and say guys " give me the worst rejection you can think of" .. that will make them uncomfortable because you would never see a male asking to get outed voluntarily...theyll think of some crazy shit..after 5 or 6 ppl youll be so accustomed to coming up, it will be second nature.Here is the thing , you can NEVER fully get over anxiety approach but you can make it less of a hassle by using the method i have laid out for you

Even the greatest of pickup artist fear the approach .. We find a way to get past it , always!

I'm new to this game too, but I was a somewhat of a natural at it when I was younger, I just couldn't work my magic on girls I actually liked. But I was beating the ugly chicks off me with a stick. LOL

We all get AA, especially at the start but it gets easier when you know more stuff because you are better prepared and have nothing to worry about if you can handle anything they can throw back!

If they try to blow you out straight away, just try something simple like:

"Good one! Does that normally work? Anyway.." back to opener / new thread.

I like that rejection thing, I might try that and turn it into a proper opener!
