To destory that you can either

1.Stick a gun in his face(without emotion and keep talking 2 the girls) lol

3.Too bad you mom bought it!

4.HEY U noticed! you must be gay 2!

I have had 2 use all four of them b4. all of them work 4 just about any AMOG problem.

It's a hard one, I'm pretty sure that Impact is probably the most effective PUA here as he probably has all of his teeth,

Assuming you have an isolated target, or are in a group of girls but are engaging your target at this stage and not the obstacles you could...

Him: "Nice Earing, Fag"
PUA: carry on conversation with girl occasionally whispering things to her "Oh I see your friends with johnny bravo?"
Girl: "yes/no"
PUA: "I think he'd be perfect for you, look at how he is wearing exactly what everyone else is, that means he's cool doesn't it?"

if you carry on the conversation whispering he might get angry but it could be quite funny...
