I assume that this is a college situation and not high school? Regardless, there is nothing wrong with a bit of flirting. If it is a college situation then there is no law against seeing one of your students but it may well be a policy of your college not to do it. Do you like your job? All I can say is you know what your boundaries are and don't let the influence of cute girls let you exceed these boundaries.

The ironic thing is if you were to say to one of your students, "we can never have more than teacher/student relationship" it will probably attract her even more (sexual tension).

Consider if they are making fun of you. This situation happened in my school a lot of times, girls make fun of their teachers by flirting and try to get better grades (and some fun too.). My advice is to stay cool, don't try to stop it so much, but also make a strong line she cannot cross over.

If she is really in love with you, do the same things written above. Strong and strict line. DO NOT try to intimidate her, 'cause she may start gossip. As a Roman would say, fama volat. It is quite normal for emotionally and hormonally unstable teenage girl to "fall in love" with her teacher. But serious problem if girl starts to try and seduce teacher. And %@#ß! problem if she successes.

I'm a TA at a university and I had the same issue, but maybe not as bad. But girls love TA's, well the cool ones.

I'm their age though, so it's a completely different story (I'm a student too). You know it's not for the grades because they continue even after the course term is over.
