Kino escalation is my current sticking point, I've been reading online trying to find routines for being playful with kino, to help build attraction and also show them that I'm not a "funny" guy I'm a "playful one"

The problem is there aren't many "routines" for kino escalation. 26 has talked about alot of his, and I haven't field-tested them yet, but being a touchy feely person is so counter-intuitive to me that I just want to read as many routines as possible to find something more congruent with my personality to start with.

I've used this routine a couple of times, and haven't posted on this site yet. Once you hug the target, it's much easier to kino from that point forward. I've actually opened with this routine as well. :P
I like this one alot, I've used it when a friend introduces me to a new girl too. Works like a charm :)

Talking about body language works as a charm :) not just because its interesting and she can learn from you but also you can touch her in the mean time to explain different situations. ;). In a way it also works as a DHV + it builds comfort.

Be careful though, we don't want her to know too much now, don't we ? :)
