I'm thinking of working on hand writing analysis and body language analysis. Studying body language can help me in the PU game and both can serve as interesting things to talk about to women during the demonstrate value phase.

Anyone have any opinions on the matter? Could my time be better spent elsewhere? I.E. learning magic tricks or ESP routines?

Mate, your time would be well spent on learning to vibe properly with people and creating a connection with them. You don't want to become an entertainer with all of these tricks and routines. Don't worry, I went through a phase myself where I thought that magic tricks etc were awesome because you could often get a girl to have that "astonished" look and it was a good feeling. If you have to use tricks, do it sparingly and most importantly do it from the frame of you are having fun for yourself! You are not trying to impress her!! Attraction will fly out the window the moment she gets a whiff of what you are trying to do.

Some of my good natural friends (they weren't always naturals) say to "assume attraction" and "assume rapport". What this basically means is you just come and chat to them like a regular person, be genuine and find out if they are someone you might like. Routines are only a mask for low self confidence and if you don't work at fixing your self confidence you are going to be working at this a long time.

i have studied body language for that reason. I can read people much better now. It helps with IOI's tremendously. Read body language by Julius fast. Great read.

learning how to read body language is never a waste of time. You will use it everytime you go out, reading other people and giving other people thoughts through body language. Body language is HUGE if your going to use NLP.

Also palm reading is a bombshell, it introduces kino and mystery

It works great at C3/ S1-S2-S3 because while you are doing the reading, it can turn into a head massage.

When I did it, I was sitting on the couch and I had her sit between my legs away from me. I used my lower arms to 'hug' her during the entire routine. Basically she was engulfed by my body during the entire time. I was talking in very sensual, light tones as I was touching her head (Major NLP).
She made a few comments about how she liked it and it felt good.

After a few minutes, she closed her eyes and her pulse quickened and was taking very deep breaths.

When I was finished, I leaned her to the side and I leaned around her so our faces were in front of each other. I was expecting a kiss. Instead, she turned her body around raped me. I didn't come up for air for an hour.

All in all though, I generally bullshitted my way through it. Use some info from other questions (cube).

Worked well. It is a lost art and you can get away with BS unlike palm reading (I tried to do palm reading on a girl that had it professionally done two days earlier....I covered by saying I didnt believe in it.)

I'm just looking to have some interesting things to approach a girl with. 2 days ago I was out to lunch and asked my waitress if I could analyze her handwriting becasue my friends didn't believe it could work. I've spent maybe 45 minutes reading stuff on the matter and learned the rest of what I know thru analyzing random people. I was dead on (the thing that worries me is A) sometimes it feels im so vague of course it applies and B) people tend to agree with what you tell them) but either way it worked to establish that I was an interesting person. She later agree to come to a party with me when I asked her to at the end of our meal.

Thanks for the tip on which book to check out, I plan to get into body language next. As you said, it can't possibly be a waste of time.
