ok so my friends and i went out last night i did what the good book told me to and walked in with the bggest freakin smile on my face with high confadence i knew i was gonna have some failure cause this was the first time i went out yes... i have a boring life lol anyways so i get in the club u know and im starting to feel the beat i grab a drink so on... im standing there with a group of wemon in front of me i wasnt sure so i didnt appoach that was my first mistake secon i swear she made a hand jesture for me to come over to them and i pointed at myself and just kinda looked around lol i ignored her and they walked off..... so i start going out there on the dance floor and i start apoaching these 2 girls and i tried the starter ..OMG DID U SEE THOSE 2 GIRLS FIGHTING OUT SIDE ROUTINE and they just walked of i tried that 2 times thats all the material i had owell i guess at least i made the first step granted i did hesitate witch is really bad cause there was a girl that possably was motioning to be what should i have done in this situation im sooo bad at these things i wish people would help teach me cause im more of a hands on person i cant read all these books.....

I'm learning, too... a bit of crashing and burning is ok, 'cuz eventually, you'll hit gold as for the teaching, read around in here, these forums are amazing, worry about books later...

the presentation with the (two girls outside fighting opener) is everything. If you stumble or sound like its fake then it wont work. You have to sound like you saw two chicks fighting out in the parking lot. What i do is get in the mode like you really did see two chicks fighting in the parking lot. Now say to your self... what would i do if i saw two chicks fighting in the parking lot....

You need to get your inner-game right 1st. I can tell from your post that you are not very confident in your game "I was expecting failure"....and becuase you expected it, it's failure you got.

By now, everyone and thier mother has read The Game so don't try to use those routines too often...instead put your own little twist on it. Sometimes openers just sound like they are too canned, make it fit your personality. And don't put yourself down, once you get comfertable in your own skin it won't even matter what you say. (My pick up lines are "hey, whats up")

Canned lines arent the end all be all. They take the fun out of this and if you dont deliver perfectly they wont work at all. Asking for opinions is a good legitimate non-threatening opener in my opinion. And yea dont go out expecting failure, go out expecting to have fun, and if you meet some great girls along the way even better.
