Dude, understand that if this email is first contact attempt her BF has made, he is probably an unconfident coward who wouldn't do anything to you in the first place. I've had guys talk shit to me in emails who I know would never talk shit to me face to face, and I'm far far from being what one would consider physically intimdating. He's tossing scare-tactics at you and hoping you will back down without a fight. Show him he has no such luck. Besides, if his girlfriend is into you and isn't being faithful to him, that's his own damn problem and he should take it up with her. If you must face him, however, I would do it in a bustling, public location such as a bar or the mall or some place where you can AMOG the smug bastard until he's reduced to a quivering puddle of meat, cuz you know that's all he is anyway.
