Mate, i'm new to this, but I see THE most important element is to change your mindset.

It's not you deserving her, it's her that deserves you!

You're the man! You just don't believe it!

You are already killing yourself..... All women are beautiful, just some more than others...

Don't think you can walk out there and get a HB10, then you never will.

So the above is all fine and dandy but doesn't give a specific direction to increasing your inner game.

Start small. Reflect on your life and the women in the past and assign a starting point.
Last girlfriend was a HB4? HB5? UG2?
Determine your starting point and one up it. You know you can get your starting point. You have been there in the past. Work on getting the next level. After you have achieved your next level, go up one more.

Eventually your game will be as sharp as a knife edge and you will have the confidence to have any girl. Why, because you have already achieved it.

Beauty doesn't exist its all in our mind.

Just check this, In some cultures Fat woman were sexier than slim ones, The concept of beauty change, beauty is an illusion.

Every limitation, every time you got AA, is because this social pressure , this fear of rejection and the illusion of a beautiful woman (An illusion you create, a fear that you create.) Make you act different , make you nervous, but we just got to understand there is nothing to be afraid.

Get used to beauty, watch a magazine, make beauty be common for you. IT'S ALL IN YOUR HEAD.

I'd really suggest you to get some David Deangelo stuff. Mostly his advanced series and mastery with women. For a good 8 hours on both seminars he goes into in depth game. Stuff that you really wouldn't think deals with women. He goes over how to obtain the mindset that you are the perfect catch. It deals with REALLY in depth stuff.

You live in your reality and everyone else is a guest.

Already have seen like all of the David D stuff sept for all of body language but ive listened to mastery and deep inner game with dr.paul

i have a new problem with figuring out these Amogs i hang out with their way of interacting and gaining respect from everyone else in my social group their cool but one of them can be DLV to make himself look cool and it gets old to me

Hey man, David D's stuff is excellent and I've only got his advanced stuff. But if you've only watched it once, I suggest watching it 5 more times. Every time I heard Dave's stuff again I picked up new things each time. I just figured it was cause there was so much packed in that I couldn't keep it all in my head.
