problems with the style life challenge

Ok, so I'm taking the style life challenge
problems are,
I don't always have the tools nesisary to perform the challenge.

such as
I was on day 2 yesterday and the mission was to go and make small talk with some strangers; I was stuck in the house with a bad flu, my dad had my car;

Day three, he wants you to record yourself and lissen to a meditation exercise, one, I need to buy a recorder, two, with the meditaion exercise I just can't get in the zone, I live in too noisy of a house hold.

I bought the stylelife challenge as well over a month ago...im still stuck on day 3...you dont have to do each day consecutively for 31 days...you can spread them out...the reason for me not progressing at all in the challenge is my schedule is to busy right now for all this shit...I might start the challenge over again in a few weeks though

I wouldn't worry too much about it, the recorder thing for example it's just somthing helpful, nothing that you can't keep on going if you don't have. And about the noisi house... i the worst of the cases you can do it at night, or going to a park, or to the toilet of the nearest pub or whatever.

There's always a way, the only thing that can't really stop you is time :lol:

As they say you can spread the days out. The basic concept is to learn little by little and eventually put it as a larger whole.

So if you have to do day 2 of the book on the 5th day you bought it then so be it, just make sure you dont try and skip missions in the book.

The meditation is optional, you dont HAVE to do it to progress, i find its best when im about to go to sleep. as thats when the subconscious mind is more present for people that dont meditate often.
