Hey guys, I'm Charlie a.k.a. King Charles II.

My name comes from my prof who said I look like Charlie II in British history, cuz I look like a cavalier.

Anywyas my biggest sticking points are sex outside of relationships and general inner game. First is just something I've had a hard timedealing with because of society standards, but I'm sure once I bang a HB at some point then I'll be fine.

The second point is that I have about 40 extra pounds I have to get off before I begin to feel more comfortable in my skin - literally. Anyone having advice on how to shed pounds without equipment will be greatly appreciated

What do you mean "without equipment"? What is wrong with going to a gym?

You need to eat healthy and do about 45 min of cardio daily (running is best). Cutting out something like soda alone can really shed some pounds.

PM me, I have some stuff that can really help you, though I recommend coughing up the money and getting a gym membership.

Ya the problem with the gym is that I'm broke from school. So until I can find a good paying job, then the gym is out of the question. Only for a couple of month's though. My plan is ultimately to hit the gym, but for the time, calisthenics will have to do. Thanks for the advice so far, Fiction look in your inbox for my personal e-mail

The other option will be do plenty of running, buy some small fitness equipment items such as dumbells and maybe a skipping rope and do plenty of situps that is a quick fix in getting into reasonable shape.
Although I think you may be wasting your time with this forum as the advice you get off plenty of members is sometimes awful.
I wish you all the best though :D

I considered opening with "Shunnn the nonbeliever. Shunnnnn."

But I figured no one would get it.
