Talk her into it? I think you have the wrong idea of how to go about it. There is no talking her into it, you make her interested in you, you demonstrate that you are interested in her, you escalate kino and kissing, then you move it to your/her bedroom, things continue to escalate and you have sex. There's very little discussion of what is going to happen involved and never any talking them into it.
