If in field, judge on how she says it. If she's being really serious and caty, throw her an IOD, and then DHV until she gives IOI's back, then continue with your gaming.

If she's saying it as just a statement and is either being playful or not really caring about you at all, throw in a playful neg/disqualifier i.e. "you remind me of my little sister", "your so cute it's sickening", "You remind me of my math teacher" etc or a shotgun neg. Then DHV. Atleast thats what I would and have done in that situation. Just remember not to go neg crazy. She'll just think your an asshole if you do.

There's always the tried and true "I'm glad you like it." Smile, and change the subject.

I would respond with I was trying to push your buttons but I didnt mean to push them so hard. (it should come off apologetic) or squeeze her arm and say just kiddin cutie while smiling.

You dont need to IOD her or neg her or any of that BS right here. When a women is pissed you want to calm her down and say something sweet and apologetic. Its actually about the only time you want to be sweet to a woman. You have pushed her away and angered her so now you want to reel her back in with a compliment or apology to soften the blow.

general rule for all shit tests is to remain unaffected. Say something like "someones feisty" or "what can i say? I'm an intuitive person". Just say something that shows her shit tests dont phase you.
