In other words, like, do you go for isolation after A3 (qualification) or do you go for it before A3 but after M2F attraction?

You can go for isolation whenever you feel she is ready, but I guess usually somewhere during A3 is about right.
Don't worry too much about sticking to that though, you will get used to being able to tell when she's ready.

I have no problem doing it right away most of the time (remember isolation doesn't mean you have to take her away from where you are, you can just turn her so that you are excluded from whatever group you/she was with), but then sometimes it might take half an hour.
