Good practise for this is to either spend more time with someone who regularly talks over you, or grab a buddy "in the know" and do this....tell yourself no matter what, no matter how long, if your talking you keep talking. Do not pause do not act as if they said a word, if it takes them 30 seconds to shut up and listen just do it.

A few friends who used to over power me and talk over me dont anymore because i did this a few times, now they realize i have more self value and wont stop talking til im done. A few alpha friends treat me differently now too, and they are the best practise since they dont even think about talking over you...if you can get them to realize your not gonna stop talking when they cut you off or they try and talk over you you are gonna be unstopable.

Definitely. Just make sure not to be a dick about it and do it all the time, just when you have something worth saying, cause if you are doing it all the time for just the sake of taking control on the conversation, then you look like a prick and lose a lot of value.
