It's mostly focused on changing and understanding your self more than others.
I suggest any Ross Jeffries stuff.
Or just get some of the orignal NLP books. Frogs into Princess

But I went online and researched overall information and from this it was enough to perform basic NLP. I recommend just learning basics and using a few specifics, I don't rely solely on NLP.
It's fun and useful, no doubt.
