For those starting out with EXTREME AA. I recommend the mall.
"WTF do you mean?"

1) get a job in retail, it doesn't have to be at the mall. But the mall is a pop culture hip spot. Good place to see whats in and whats not (wether you like it or not). From personal experience, retail will force you to open up customers and sets. You'll fine tune youre approach to selling, human behavior , dynamics etc... after all you are selling yourself when youre sarging.

2) go inside the stores , even ones you wont normally go into. Why? Because the associates and sales people are there to open and approach you! Not too much work on your part. Just start a conversation.

Think about a time you had great customer service. What made it so great. Then a time you had the worst. What made it so bad? Essentialy all this ties to how you'd like to be approached, how you're gonna approach. The demeanor, the presentation, the essentials.

I know...all kinds of different tangents and trailing off of the original subject, but like I said theres alot you can learn to help w/ AA and some of which is at the mall.

hope this helps
:D

I agree with getting into retail. I work at Abercrombie and Fitch in a mall, and it is a great way to meet a lot of people. I'd consider myself shy, but when you work in an area where you need to help customers, it helps with shyness.

i agree with this, but you could just go into shops aswell, any shop it doesnt matter and if you look interested in the stuff there a girl will come over and ask if she can help you or if you need anything, from there its easy, just a bit of C&F like "you think im that easy, we dont even know eachother yet and your offering yourself to me shheeezsh"

:)

I work at A&F too! I only work there because it's fun when you're cool with everyone and you don't really "work".

So true. I'm PTI, but I'm mostly out front or doing USR. I don't backstock, and I don't do shipments. Right now our back room looks like total hell, and there is 5 people constantly working on it. I'm just out front shooting the shit with everyone, putting the USR where it belongs. Good stuff when you get to know everyone.

haha I wanted I job at the mall so bad because of this. Now I just pawn the retail workers to open a whole store for me. Sales associates make decent pivots, so I will be taking advantage of you guys soon :p.

Good advice incredible
