Why, women do want to have a good time in the club or whatever they want to have a chat.. so an opinion leads to a discussion and that is what they like...
I agree with you that women like opinion openers. but the line "can i get your opinion real quick" or any variation, is getting so old, that it's tell-tale to any girl who knows anything about the game.

just go up and ask. or open with "hey guys, do you think...." instead of "let me get your opinion on soemthing"

this way you also avoid asking their permission. which lowers your frame

Hey I am new here but just a couple of quick things. Never say excuse me it's a DLV and asking MAY I have your opinion is a DLV you need to demand attention don't give her the choice of saying no you can't have my opinion or anything of that nature also a GREAT neg to go with this one if the girl is exceptionally bright and goes with the was THAT a pickup line to your set opener described here

HB: is THAT a pickup line? / Are you trying to pick me up?
Me: No I only hit on pretty girls / No I only hit on perfect 10's / any version of this route.

how about just going in like "hey, (question)"
or maybe "hey, i got a question for you, (question)"

yer this is ok but when carrying out any openers routines or anything to do with picking up girls the key is to be confident, and smile this will set you apart from the rest of the afc's now il be honest i think this an okay opener as long as its carried out correctly by that i mean when you use it dont come across as if your hitting on them. this is because ive heard many afc's use something along these lines and it is typical so if you can make it differant im sure this would be a great opener i may have to try it if you want more info just mail me or something il got hold of you and help you out. take it easy brother safe gaming

I was actually thinking about this kind of opening on my own. But i would start with something like "how many times have u girls been approached" and then work in that line about...pick up lines..

This technique is similar to the one Ross Jeffries uses. In his version he uses goes up to women saying:

"Hi, I'm taking a survey on pickup lines. Which of the following do you think is the best. 1. ::cheesy pickup line:: 2. ::another cheesy pickup line:: 3. Hi. I'm taking a survey on pickup lines."

When they hear #3 they almost always laugh. :)

How many possible templates are there to open with? An earlier poster mentioned that the whole " Can I have your opinion on ......" is getting played out. Well okay, there must be a finite number of basic ways to start a conversation. I'm making a list below, see if you've got any other ideas:

1) Can I have your opinion on....
2) Can you help me with.......
3) Have you seen.......
4) Hi.......
5) Watch out........
6) Piece of advice......
7) I saw you do .......


Any thoughts?
