Can tapping fuck you up? Ive seen more than one tapping vid that has a disclaimer. I was wondering what it can do to you.

Well, I guess if you tap yourself on the temples while repeatedly screaming "you are a loser!", then yes, it will mess you up.

But if you resist the urge to punch the instructor in this video and listen to what he's talking about, tapping is essentially releasing the nervous energy in your body and clearing your mind before a sarge.

Tapping just fucking works. I didn't believe that to the beginning, I tried, and it worked. Magnus is a great PUA one of the most know on Bristol Lair, trust him and just try.

I had EMDR sessions which is the same concept as tapping but with a psychologist guiding it. It helped me overcome my anxiety with women so that it's now at a normal level and not much of an issue. I didn't believe it would work but I was wrong. I'll be using tapping when I need it.

Wow I just did this and it actually worked.
When I first imagined a few approach scenarios (bus,subway,club,bar) I got this STRONG feeling of anxiety and fear... after the first tapping exercise it felt like I couldn't get back to that feeling, and I could clearly see myself approaching the girls in the situations I first imagined....with very little anxiety. After the second tapping exercise the feeling had completely gone away, and I had almost no anxiety when imagining the approaches. Pretty amazing, let's see if this holds in reality.

The reason those type of videos have a disclaimer is if you had something traumatize you in your past that you try to block out of memory that it might affect you emotionally. Its basically just to save their ass in case you would bring back a memory that fucks you up.

So when do u tap? If im nervous as hell in a club should i go to the bathroom and run this? or is this just for before, or after goin out, sittin at home alone? He didnt go into that.
