so i was on amazon again. this time looking for books on cold readings to use in my routines. only the books i found with cold reading in the title were about acting careers. is there any actual book on the subject or do i have to pick a certain kind. are there any good resources online people can recomend?

i did see a magicians book on cold reading..

one that i know is strong is called "Completely Cold" by Kenton Knepper


It's a small booklet, but worth it..

and i once had a PDF from a company called spell craft or magic craft... if i find it, i'll send it...

As long is it isnt copywritten....

try some magic web pages...

but there are numerous tricks that can give the impression of mind reading..

EDIT: while i'm at it, how is that annilation dvd? is it worth the hype? i remember someone on another board got owned by everyone because he bought the package for $800. haha i won't even shill out $250 or however much for the david d dvds. just e-books and paperbacks. oh yeah and his interviews with dating gurus.

Why are you even putting this out? If someone didnt buy the dvd's then its not fair to the people who did bro. Those were openers that he didnt want to leak that much.

i'm not saying this because i want to jump all over these routines but this would have inevitabley gotten out. whether by bootleggers or word of mouth. heck, i would still have to rely on canned stuff and hate to be redundant but really i should not use certain lines as a crutch. you can probably figure out how to form your own openers. i'm still on canned but i aspire to be off of it eventually.
