Just read about this in an ebook. It's basically on the bottom "floor" of her vagina. You stick your middle finger in as far as possible and stroke it firmly.

I HIGHLY recommend David Shade's books for this. He talks about it in Secrets of Female Sexuality, David Shade's Manual and although I haven't read it yet, I'm sure he talks about it in even more detail (with diagrams he said) in How to Give Women Screaming Orgasms. The guy is a BIG fan of the Deep Spot and he'll tell you all you'll ever need to know about it.

P.S. I'm just a fan and in no way paid for those comments, especially since he hasn't replied to my damn emails! Amazing books though...
