I've been reading through some posts, but I still dont know the general way things go. What is the order which I do things? Ex. If I were to approach a new girl at my office what do I do.

Can someone give me an order of things like up to number close and how to attract so the girl wants to go out.

Here the steps as I follow them:

1) Opener (1 min)- something to get going remember 3 second rule here

2) Break into there world/ Demonstrate Value (10 mins) - This is where you neg them and use your routines like cube/ best friends test to make yourself as intresting as possible

3) Build rapport (5-10 mins) - Change locations here if you can and Ellicit her values, and find commonalities no Negs here.

4) Close (3 mins) - # close, Kiss close, or stay with the group and go somewhere else.

A Routine can be a Story that demonstrate Higher Value!
After your opener, a routine can be a story, things like "The Cube" or things like "Pick a m=number between 1-4..... 3!" (Usually is anyway!)
Vary it tho!

I think all you new guys are way too worried about routines and all that rubbish! the only thing she really wants is for you to be a congruent man.

Be congruent.
And be a man.

So simple.
