its kind of like an AA sort of thing. how do you get someone to the place your gonna have sex? i escalate good until its time for the escalation ramp, look up the dicarlo escalation ladder if you dont know what im talking about, but then how do i get her to the bedroom or where ever it may be

Something that's always worked for me:

If it's nearby, you take her by the hand and lead her while you're in mid sentence while talking about whatever you were talking about. Don't change anything, not the look in your eye, not the tone of your voice. You just keep talking.

They almost never stop you or question it, because the barrier of change isn't detected, and they've already accepted the fact they are having a conversation, so by doing it in mid sentence the movement becomes part of the conversation.

I guess it's sort of an extension of the sales person walking away while in mid sentence and you naturally follow.
