On friday i was doing quite well with my 2 set, my wing took care of her friend for me, they both even went off to dance and came back to us! dispite some guys trying to dance with them.

But i went to the toilet to come back and find some other dude chatting to her and then he bought her a drink, lol i thought that was the funniest thing ever because she didnt quilify for me to buy her a drink and some poor afc just went and got her one.

BUT..... the mofo' stole her off me lol, he didnt look any better, he just had a little suit on.

My bad for not approaching her while he was doing it, but it was the end of the night and the club was closing. Didnt see her again.

Man, at the end of the night when the bar is about to close, believe it or not, a lot of girls just want to get picked up.

So while you've been tuning her all night, this dude comes along overtly trying to pick her up, buys her a drink and takes home the prize. She goes with the sure thing, while you've maybe been pussy-footing around.

Could be wrong, but that's what it sounds like.

The best thing I find when you're tuning a girl and some muppet goes and buys her a drink is to start talking to her again while he's getting the drink, and when he comes back you do three things.

1; stand next to the girl, facing him (not dominantly, just like he is the outsider)
2; take a few sips of the drink he just bought
3; control the conversation

Ps. if he asks if you're together, just jokingly say "no, but she's trying" or something.

never buy them a drink as they will loose respect for you straight away. i belieeve you need to improve your game more. yeh you can open a set and talk but if she was relly into you she wudnt have gone off with that other guy.

if you build up more attraction in your game shell want you more as you will seem the bigger alpha male.

P.S ask yourself, What did he do to pull her? what technique? theres a saying you can only become better by playing (and learning) from a better oponent. do you relly think it was the drink that did it???? if that were true my APC friend wud get 20 shags a nyt. ( but no, hes still a virgin,lol)

if you're getting solid IOI's and having good conversation, aka you pretty much know it's on. a drink is typically a good investment. i usually challenge the girl to do something and offer her a drink if she can do it.

You needed to go over and AMOG him...blow him outta the set.

Instead you warmed her up and let him steal the set. Why would she come back to you when...

-You didnt "protect" her
-Someone else is SPAM freebies and your not competeing

Now dont get me wrong, im not saying buy her shit, honestly if you blow him out then provide her with good company the other guy wont even be an afterthought.

I never thought id see the day but the last set i was in with my bro, the chicks were buying us drinks without us asking for them...multiple drinks!

So you dont need to buy chicks stuff for them to pay attention, you just have to be intresting and not let others hijack your set.

Go in and hug her or something. Block out the AFC and reclaim your woman. Him buying her a drink was a cheap move and a sign of weak game. Since its about to close, grab her hand and pull her away. Then, either dance with her, or restart conversation. But don't buy her a drink.

One thing that has helped my game is people watching. I do security at a small club on the weekeds. I people watch and notice the guys who buy drinks usually never leave with girls.

In fact, i have noticed a technique i call "rebounding".

i see a man every weekend leave with a different girl so i watch him. guys will buy a girl a drink or ask them to dance and he sits at the bar or near them. waits for the guy to get rejected and explains to the woman how most men lack confidence. (good opener) and a little game and he gots the f-close.

you come back and see some guy bought your girl a drink...
if she doesn't look like she's 'into' him...

In any situation like this one, the AFC basically came through and grabbed what you had already warmed up. Its like playing a slot machine that drains all your cash, you go to the SPAM and when you come back some old granny hit the jackpot. AMOG the AFC no doubt. In Style's book The Game the best quote is "If anytime you "think" you should do something, than do it". So in that case if you think you need to go up and AMOG it, do it. Go up to the AFC, put your arm around him like your buds and say DUDE I LOVE YOU SHIRT. WHERE THE HELL DID YOU BUY IT? Blow him out of the frame.

Can you go deeper into what you mean by AMOGing him? What exaclty would you do?

Or you can just be in your face about it. fine a way to highlight his presence and motives and C&F him before going all kino on her in front of him. Ok...lets back it up a second! There is nothing wrong with buying a chick a drink, buying a drink is not game..Being a PUA is about being a master of social and cultural practices, knowing the rules and boundaries... Would you and a friend stand around all night at a bar and not drink? The typical culural practice of most people would be to buy a round of drinks for their friends and they would reciprocate when it is their turn to buy the next round.

The reason we would not buy a woman a drink if we've only just met, is because they are not a friend, we don't even know them, so why on earth would you donate a portion of your wealth to them?
Second thing; we would not want to look like a tight-ass and not buy a drink for a friend if they've been hagning around you all night..Translation - when in field if you have been with a girl that has hung around for more than just a drink (ie has spent more than 20 minutes talking to you or has kissed you..then it's probably not the worst idea in the world to buy a drink for yourself and her...just don't act like it's a big deal..although buying a drink can be used as an SOI. Which is what the guy in the suit did...
This was probably your biggest flaw, the girl was keen, she left came back (her SOI) and you didn't act on it...perhaps if you did buy her a drink or give an SOI then you wouldn't have lost the set...and you wouldn't even have to reduce your self to even think about AMOG tactics...like the others are suggesting..

Last night me and some mates were in a club on the D floor and a 4 set hovered around us and the 4 of us who were not busy at this time opened on them and almost straight away one of the first things my target said was "Are you going to buy me a drink or what?" My first thoughts were that these girls were just going to take any booze we give them and just go on with their night. A simple "If your thirsty, lets go get some drinks then, but im not paying for yours" let her know where she stood. We leave and go to the bar, we buy our drinks and go take a seat on the side and get chatting while watching our friends, Then my other mates who later did buy the other 3 girls drinks crashed and burned, by going for the drink but buying it for them. I guess isolating her helped speed things up to get the K close and # close... but my friends threw their money away...

I've seen too much money say goodbye over the years pre game, when me or mates have bought girls drinks and then them running off after. If you got good game, you dont need to buy them drinks... they buy you drinks or the first round at least when your doing well... and then your round you can choose tequila shots and put a bit of spin on it with body shots or just licking the salt off eachother... and mixing things up with the lemon etc...
