So, set goals for you, take up hobbies or sports that you are interested in and build your social circle. In the meantime you are surrounding yourself with others who share the same interests. You can set other goals, such as the gym, career aspirations and financial goals for yourself. If you have debts, deal with them. When finances are better, kit yourself out with a new wardrobe.

By doing the above you will make yourself a better catch as you will have prospects. You have something to offer other than your cock. You will develop your own personality and will be happy with yourself. At this point, you can then approach women and feel more at ease.
