When someone tells me what to do or amogs me or just ignores me for whatever reason I usually don't care ... but when I do care it's just pure rage .. so much so that I usually just never answer because If I do answer it's probably a punch to the face ....soo How do I avoid this in the first place ? How do I get people to just respect me ..
( please I don't want any physical change or weight lifting ) and if for whatever reason I don't get respected and some guy just yells at me to instill dominance or tells me to go there .. what do i do ?

Go to the gym.

After a couple years, you will never have this problem. Guys are all about physicality.

You will always be amoged if you have arms the size of pencils, or man boobs, or droopy shoulders.

To minimize amogs, you either need to be famous or physically powerful.

If you're not either of those, you'll have to deal with amogs more often. The best course is to use humor to shoot down the douchebags. See Hank Moody in Californication on Netflix.

Respect is earned, through respecting others, by being recognized for excellence in any number of areas, maybe some other ways I can’t think of right now. You can never guarantee everyone’s respect, nor should you worry about that.

If you are speaking about gaming scenarios, you can't care about the respect of randoms or lack thereof.

Live your life as you will.

Provide value to others and if some aren't ok with that, it's on them, not you.

They will feel it in their bones that you're indifferent to their opinion.

They will respect you for that, but who gives a fuck about that. (This attitude generates even more respect, but again, who cares, what does it matter!)

It starts by respecting yourself.

How well do you respect yourself?

Do you work out? Doesn't a man that respects himself take care of his body?

Do you eat moderately healthy? Doesn't a man that respects him eat respectable food?

Are you actively approaching women and pursuing your desires? Doesn't a man that respect himself thats on a pick up forum approach women he has a desire to get to know?

Do you let people talk down on you without defending yourself, willing to accept any consequences that may follow? Doesn't a man that respects himself, protect himself from being disrespected by others?

Your USERNAME shows a complete lack of respect for yourself. You're calling yourself a Basic Fucking Idiot..Why? It starts with your mindset and self perception; and even there you're showing you're someone not worthy of respect.
