Being self-aware answers WHY you are a certain way. I used to think you were a dick just because it was a defensive mechanism to push people away before they can reject you. Now I'm starting to believe that you may be a full blown narcissist, but hey...I may be wrong. So my question is, why are you a dick? Since you are aware that you are one, you must know the reason why.

EDIT: Keep in mind that I totally don't expect you to answer because I do believe that you are a narcissist and I know that any answer of why you are a dick will require you to admit it as being a character flaw. The fact that you used a character flaw to elevate yourself above someone else is one of the classic signs of narcissism.
