Ok, so there is this really cute Japanese woman that I met three nights ago and I took her to a love hotel to have sex two nights ago. I woke up yesterday morning with a penile discharge and got antibiotics at the hospital yesterday.

We had protected intercourse, but I received unprotected oral from her. I'm positive that she gave me chlamydia or gonorrhea from her throat.

It sucks because she is really beautiful and I want to keep dating her/having sex but I need to tell her that she has an infection in her throat without pissing her off.

Ironically, she really likes me a lot too. I'm thinking of maybe saying something like:

I wanted to tell you that I think you should have your throat tested for infections. I am telling you this because I care about you and I want you to be in good health.

What else could I say?

Dont think you got from her. Did a google and morning after doesnt seem like a likely time for STD symptoms to develop. Probably from someone else. You prob should tell her as most likely you gave it to her now. Do a google search

Although the internet says that STD's don't show up until days later, I have been infected with chlamydia or gonorrhea at least 5 different times over the course of like 4 years here in Japan.

Yes, I am 100% positive that I have been cured and reinfected each time and I'm 100% sure it was from her because my symptoms are always the same every time.

What always happens with me is that the morning after receiving unprotected oral, I wake up with a white discharge before urinating and I develop a really upset stomach.

I realize this isn't usually listed in the common chlamydia/gonorrhea symptoms for men, but the doctor I spoke with diagnosed me with chlamydia and did believe my story. Even the doctor told me that few people that get chlamydia/gonorrhea experience upset stomach and get discharge the following morning, but that it does happen.

I also felt 100% healthy until after I hooked up with her.

So I want to get back to the point of my post:

How do I let her know that she should get tested without pissing her off?

Ok, nevermind. I called her and talked with her about how she needs to have her throat checked and she told me that she is sorry for infecting me. She didn't get angry at all and she didn't try turning it around saying it was from me.

The chick infected you and you're worried about hurting her feelings?

Ask the doc to check your balls next time too.

I believe these are the sort of questions best asked in the form of a cake.

You shouldn't feel ashamed nor should you not confront someone about these things. Because if she does have it, she can reinfect you again which means you will have to go to the hospital again. See the logic here? At least she can get it treated and you have to be careful man. I think a number of reinfections can fuck you up in the long run.
