I am referring more to the initial conversations with a girl. By the time she sees my car etc, she will already know.
But that is the problem, if you mention money in the opening stage, it might seem a little lacking in class.
I have the ipod, GPS and most of the other stuff you mentioned, but that is not really my style. I have a house in Madrid, and speak Spanish, so I am wondering if I can use that in my opener, and then they will put 2+2 together.
Thanks for the input thus far.
There's 2 ways to go with lots of money as far as I see it.
First one is trying to subtly drop hints about the fact that you have money by including things in your conversation that insinuate the fact. For instance, you tell her how that reminds you of the last time (this says that you've done this more than once) you were doing something expensive, but don't talk about the cost, like trips to foreign places, sailing on the mediteranean, skiing in the Alps, surfing in Australia. I have no clue how much money you have, but if you actually have a decent wad, you're probably spending it on expensive things, as people tend to spend their money according to their earnings, so you just talk about the stuff you do and it'll show. I think that if you're doing this purely to convey how much money you make, then you're trying to impress her, you're likely gonna wind up with a gold digger, it's manipulative and I think it's cheaper than that fake rolex mentioned earlier.
The other way to go, is to not try to mention it, get it out of your head. No one cares. I know I don't give a shit how much money you make if you're a good guy and I know any woman worth picking up won't care either. There's tons of students with massive debt and living of maccaroni and cheese that are getting amazing women and there's lots of rich rock stars getting stupid, gold digging whores, so their money isn't coming into play, it's their personality. Have fun with her, make her attracted, show her you're attracted to her, touch her, build sexual tension and get the show on the road. When she sees your car, or your place, or your art collection, then she's gonna know you're not broke, but you didn't use that to pick her up and she's gonna respect you for that and you'll actually get decent relationships this way. Not to mention, much fewer gold diggers, so less worry about them using you for that money.
Just be yourself man, leave the coin out of it.
