Posts: 7 | | I'm not a fan of canned openers, I want to make my own. Are there any rules or guidelines to follow that would help me in making my own unique openers? The reason why I wish to get away from canned openers is because lately a lot of women I met had already heard these lines before, one even asked me if I had read the Game...

Posts: 29 | | I usually just open with "Hey, I'm Michael". Nobody's gonna call you out for introducing yourself. The opener isn't all that important anyway. As for situational openers just say whatever comes to mind. Comment on her outfit or the venue or the music. But if nothing comes to mind, "Hey, I'm..." works really well. And remember, in pick up the delivery is always more important than the content.
