I know this is an old thread, but here's my 2 cents;

So I was talking to a friend of mine, discussing some ideas and theories I have garnered from various pickup resources. Not only did he disagree with everything I said, but he outright SLAMMED me for all of it. Then him and this feminist(figures) girl started just totally ganging up on me and it got to the point where I was being barraged with such bullshit that I couldn't even defend it anymore.
Any similar experiences? It almost makes me lose faith in game stuff, even though I know it works... why does everyone like so fiercely fight it???
First, 99% of PU ideas and theories is BS. So odds are OP WAS saying some stupid stuff. Also, if OP DID have actual proof that his ideas were correct, he wont care. Obviously he read some stuff and doesnt have the real world experience that it works. So he's going off faith. DON'T LISTEN OR SUBSCRIBE TO ANY PU THEORIES UNLESS YOU SEE THE RESULTS FROM IT. Don't harp theories at the bar, or with people because odds are they're just bs. Talk from EXPERIENCE, not THEORIES.
No, it's NOT that PU is right and people just arent comfortable with it. The MAJORITY of it is wrong and actually makes guys worse with women. But they have faith as the OP did, and continue, and when someone tells them its shit, they fight for a theory that they've never proven themselves. Test the theories. Don't have faith that something is correct because it sounds good. Ive met way too many guys who are weird as fuck, who when you tell them stop being weird, they tell you no Tyler said XYZ and 2 years later, they're still weird as fuck following bs advice...No women, no friends, no results. Anyone who tells them stop, is a cockblock or an AFC. Don't talk about something you haven't seen work for you, or at least for someone in your real life.
Prove the theories right or wrong. Dont latch on to any theories, figure the shit out. If you weren't just regurgitating shit you heard, you wont have "lost faith." Stop being fanboys. Think for yourself, and say shit you actually have experience backing.
