No, absolutely not.
This is where society's emphasis on being "alpha" becomes misconstrued among simple-minded fools.
If you ask any woman, lean muscle mass is much more of a turn-on than useless bulk.
99% of the the fools you see at the gym do the "bro workout." This is where you do 5 sets of bench press, with bicep curls, and you're done.
Being HYYOOOGE with absolutely no functional strength is pointless, and that's what you see with most of these goons in the gyms these days...unfortunately.
Keep in mind, the most "alpha" athletes in the world have both relative strength, and pure strength.
Combining these two during training will transform you into a Spartan warrior, not some gorilla juice head, with ED.
Hope this helps. If you have any Q's, I'm a personal trainer, and fitness model, so don't hesitate to ask.
Wow dude, chill out, the simple fact is you can be alpha without being big but we are human and being cut lean and muscular does help.
Are most "gorilla juice heads, with ED" beta? How many body builders have you met that lack self confidence? or masculinity?
I take a little offence to this being a power lifter and the simple fact of the matter is people do act different around you when your a muscular guy vs fat or scrawny. does it make you alfa? no...can you be alpha and fat or scrawny? yes of course but the unfortunate thing is getting constant social feed back without having to open your mouth does help and build self confidence.
Don't believe me? come to the gym with me, watch me rack a 415lb bench press 6 times and see how many people are looking at me....they're not thinking "that guys a chode"
So in short no, it will not make you more alpha, now ever being fit and looking good sure as hell helps.
