A large portion didn't get chicks when we were younger so now you are trying to prove a point. However, what is trying to prove a point really doing?
Proving a point is a form of seeking validation, and seeking validation is one of the worst things you can do.
When you seek validation from others it is communicating that your self-value is not high. Essentially saying to people "I have low value and my genes are worthless". A very unattractive action to perform, to those you want to attract, potential employers, friends, classmates etc.
If you are coming in with this mindset, you need to re-calibrate it. I've just picked up on this, and I believe this will make a massive difference.

- mostly true
"Proving a point is a form of seeking validation, and seeking validation is one of the worst things you can do."
- disjunctive syllogism
When you seek validation from others it is communicating that your self-value is not high
- untrue
Everyone seeks validation if they are not a sociopath. Its how you do it and how you communicate it which is the difference between someone who is taking a productive approach and a needyone
stop generalizing
