Body language after the approach is more important than in passing.

Trying to read into this is futile really. Its best to combine hair touching with other body language signs to get an idea of what the girl is "saying"

If she is always friendly and appears to go out of her for you a lot, and this is mixed with IOI's, then she definitely has the hots for ya.
